The various possibilities of blockchain technology that have appeared in I 4.0 have led various industries to think about using this technology in their various platforms. However, the use of this technology poses challenges for various industries, including the country's tourism industry. The objective of this research is to identify the challenges in implementing blockchain technology in the country's tourism service chain and to provide practical suggestions to overcome these challenges. To conduct this research, the challenges in implementing Blockchain technology in the tourism service supply chain were investigated using the research background study. Subsequently, these challenges were transformed into a structured system using the interpretive structural modeling technique. To fit the formed structural system, the structural equations technique was used with SmartPLS3 software. The statistical population of the current research consists of all experts, managers and assistants working in the field of tourism services in the country. The research results show that the 9 challenges identified in this research are divided into 6 general levels. The research results also show that the factor of government laws and regulations was identified as the most fundamental challenge to the implementation of Blockchain technology in the supply chain of tourism services.
